Some years back I handed off my e-bike (UrbanMover Sprite electric-assist) on long-term loan to a friend of a friend who wanted to use it for commuting in Nevada County. She did, but then it got stolen, sans key, off of a very quiet Grass Valley street. I did see a bike that looked like it, being ridden in West Sacramento (by a woman) a few months back.
